I just pulled these out of an old mechanic garage that we bought. There are 8 of them and 7 are painted white and 1 was spared the white paint and remains black. It is marked Napa Parts. They were very similar to these and those were marked Modac.

Since these were painted over along time ago I have no idea what brand they are. I only took a hand brush and got the cobwebs and some of the dust off. These will need a cleaning. They are all 2 3/4" high, 36" long and the hangers extend from the wall 5.

They all have 12 hangers on them. There is also one that was cut but still equals the same length as the others. I will happily answer any question you may have. View pictures in ZOOM mode to see details of items as photos are of the actual item.
