Thanks for checking out our listing. These dioramas/building are all handmade by De-sales in New Mexico USA. There are many different quality levels with models like this this some builders use the cheapest materials they can get and slap together a model and then there are those who put endless hours into building a diorama we try to be somewhere in the middle somewhere we use higher end foam board and a variety of wood and plastic products so we can give you good quality but still offer a reasonable price.

My items are made in a fully functioning woodworking shop along with cabinets and furniture and I have been doing this for many years. NEW MODEL-Oversized garage-Available here unfinished(the walls, floor, roof and moulding around the doors and windows are made with finished material but no painting on the corners or front stripes are done it's up to you to finish to your own tastes) These are also available in another of our listings finished and also available with a Gas Station extended roof unfinished and finished in different listings.. Custom Made Model Garage/Gas Station/Store/Office 1/24-25 model Diorama-This listing is for the basic unfinished model-All parts are manufactured no need to cut anything just 10 minute assembly and whatever finishing/painting or decals you want to do yourself. These are a special edition offered in limited quantities at any given time. They are made in New Mexico by De-Sales. The model is approximately 28" W X 15" D x 7 H. The 2 car garage area will actually hold 3-4 1:24/1:25 scale cars depending on what else you put in there as far as accessories.

Compared to our regular 4 car garage and gas stations-The section on the right has a 1 car garage rear with some extra space for accessories with a walls dividing it from the left side garage and the front space which can be an office/store/gas station inside space or if you like you can take out the wall between the front room and rear garage and then you have a large space that can be more garage 3 cars or more or a showroom. It's flexible the wall just lifts out can be used or not used as you wish. There is also an accessory package available. The garage is made of textured foam board walls with special self supporting corners and door trim moldings. Most models like this require pins, or glue to hold them together and tend to be rather flimsy.

This one once assembled will stay together without any glue or special pins the sturdy corners and molding will hold it together. You can glue it together if you wish but it is not required(see photo). The inside of the walls are plain white the outside has a light texture looks like rough plaster you see on some garages/buildings. The floor is gray foam board to look like concrete and removable. This one does come with a gray flat roof made like the floor and also removable.
